Wide Selection of Beautiful Plants
“Our Mid-Weather Warriors”
The Palomar Mountains help provide a safe barrier for extreme weather at this location. With a sloped terrain and the warmth of the beautiful valley, this location has the advantage in preventing frost and heat damage to our plants.
The microclimate pockets in Northern San Diego County have greatly contributed to enrich the colors of our bougainvilleas, crepe myrtles and hibiscus. This environment has also enhanced the healthy growth of our Boxwood, Calliandra ineaquilatera, Carissa macrocarpa, Daylilies, Dietes bicolor and iridioides, Ficus nitida, Jacarandas, Melaleucas, Photinias, Podocarpus gracillior, Rhaphiolepis, Star jasmine, various California natives and many other varieties of shrubs and trees.
